MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION
Join Kenyatta Matibabu SACCO by completing this membership application. Minimum monthly contribution: KShs. 2,000. Submit with ID, KRA PIN, pay slip, and photos.
NOMINATION FORM
Nominate beneficiaries to inherit your SACCO shares. Allocate up to 9 nominees with percentage shares totaling 100%. Include trustees if nominating minors. Needs 2 witness signatures.
INCREASE & DECREASE FORM
Modify your monthly share contributions and loan repayment amounts. Covers all loan types including Development, Emergency, School Fees, and more. Must be submitted by 5th of the month for same-month processing.
DARAJA LOAN FORM
Special bridge loan for deposit boosting or debt clearance. Requires 6 months membership and must be paired with a term loan application. Automatically recovered from the term loan – no guarantors needed.
REVISED BY LAWS
Complete SACCO by-laws and certificate of registration. Outlines operational framework, member rights and obligations, governance procedures, and co-operative principles guiding the society.
MATIBABU LOAN FORM
Apply for SACCO loans ranging from KShs 50,000 to over 500,000. Multiple loan products available with repayment periods from 1-90 months. Requires guarantors, payslip/business income proof, and asset security where applicable.
BENEVOLENT FUND FORM
Benevolent Fund beneficiary registration form. List your spouse and children (up to 7) with their identification details. Includes next of kin designation for fund benefits.
CHRISTMAS FUND FORM
Save for Christmas through monthly salary deductions. Available for members and non-members. Set or adjust your monthly contribution amount and designate a beneficiary.
MATIBABU SERVICE CHARTER DOCUMENT
SACCO’s service pledge to members. Defines core values (Customer Focus, Excellence, Accountability, Equity, Professionalism, Teamwork) and guarantees service delivery timelines for all transactions. Bilingual document.
SHARE TRANSFER APPLICATION FORM
Application to sell or buy SACCO shares between members. Both parties must provide member details and signatures. Subject to SACCO approval and transfer fee payment before becoming effective.
MOBILE BANKING APPLICATION FORM
Register for mobile and internet banking services. Access your SACCO account, apply for loans, and perform transactions through our Android app, USSD code, or web platform. For active SACCO members only.

INTRODUCTION OF MATIBABU JUNIOR SAVINGS ACCOUNT & ONLINE LOAN APPLICATION
Member portal now supports online short-term loan applications. New Matibabu Junior Savings Account introduced for children of members – save minimum KShs 1,000/month, earn interest, get free piggy bank. Funds transferable to child at age 18.
