OUR LOAN PRODUCTS

  • CAPITAL LOAN

The loan is granted 3 times member’s shares, with 1% monthly interest on reducing balance for a maximum of 36 months.

  • SCHOOL FEES LOAN

A maximum of 250,000/= processed within 24 hours, with 1% monthly interest on reducing balance for 24 months.

  • EMERGENCY LOAN

A maximum of 250,000/= processed within 24 hours, with 1% monthly interest on reducing balance for 24 months.

  • INVESTMENT LOAN

The loan is granted 4 times member’s shares, with 1.2% monthly interest on reducing balance for 84 months with a 1.5% processing fee.

  • MOTOR VEHICLE INSURANCE LOAN

A maximum of 50,000/= is offered for vehicle insurance purposes, processed within 24 hours, with 1% monthly interest for a maximum of 10 months.

  • JIINUE LOAN

The loan is granted 4 times member’s shares, with 1.13% monthly interest on reducing balance for 72 months. The Member is required to have a minimum of 5000/= monthly share contribution.

  • JAMII LOAN

The loan is granted 3 times member’s shares, with 1.2% monthly interest on reducing balance for 90 months with a loan processing fee of 2%. The Member is required to have a minimum of 5000/= monthly share contribution.

  • INSTANT LOAN

A maximum of 50,000/= is offered with 8% interest paid upfront from the amount applied. Installment period is one month.

  • PREMIUM CAPITAL LOAN

The loan is granted 3 times Member’s shares, with 1.08% monthly interest on reducing balance for a maximum of 60 months.

  • NEW TULIZO LOAN

Refinances Capital loan after 50% payment of initial loan. Loan granted is 3 times Member’s shares, with 1.13% monthly interest rate for a maximum of 72 months.

  • KARIBU LOAN

A maximum of 1,000,000/= is offered. One third of approved amount is transferred to Member deposits. Loan is offered at 1.21% monthly interest for 72 months. New Sacco Members who are less than three (3) months old qualify for this loan product.

  • SUPER EMERGENCY LOAN

A maximum of 500,000/= is offered, can be refinanced after 30% payment of initial loan. Comes with 1.04% monthly interest rate for a maximum of 30 months.

  • MOBI LOAN

One can Apply up to 40,000 using Matibabu Mobile Banking App. No guarantors, repayable in 1 Month with 5% interest rate.
